Aagneyam
''Aagneyam'' is a 1993 Malayalam-language film directed by P. G. Viswambharan and written by John Zakaria and Kaloor Dennis, starring Jayaram, Nedumudi Venu, Sunitha, Gautami, Maathu, Sankaradi, Thilakan and Mala Aravindan in the lead roles. Plot Madhavaan Kutty (Jayaram), an Ayurvedic doctor, is sentenced to capital punishment for twin murders. Mathew Stephan (Nedumudi Venu), the jail superintendent, trusts that Madhavan Kutty is innocent. His appeal at Supreme Court is still at pending, when upon hearing that his sister has attempted to commit suicide, and his mother (Sukumari) has fallen ill, Madhavan Kutty decides to escape. Vijayaraghavan (actor)
Vijayaraghavan (born 20 December 1951) is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. He is popular for his character roles. He is the son of popular drama and cinema artist N. N. Pillai. He got his break by playing the iconic character ''Ramji Rao'' in 1989 film Ramji Rao Speaking. This character later got the cult status in Malayalam Cinema. Shivaji (12 May 1957 - 30 September 2004) was an Indian actor, most popular for his Malayalam films during the 1980s and 1990s. He mainly did villain roles. Background Shivaji was born at Sankaramangalam Pattambi, Palakkad as the fourth child of (both late) Dr. A.K. Innocent Vareed Thekkethala (born 28 February 1948) is an Indian actor and politician. Mala Aravindan (15 January 1939 – 28 January 2015) was an Indian actor. He was best known for his work as a comedian and character artist in Malayalam films. He has acted in over 500 films. Early life He was born in Vadavucode, Ernakulam district of Kerala state as the eldest son of Thanattu Ayyappan and Ponnamma. K. N. Jagannatha Varma (1 May 1939 – 20 December 2016) was an Indian actor who worked in Malayalam film and television industry. He was also a Kathakali artist. His son Manu Varma is also an artist and his son-in-law Viji Thampi is a film director. He acted in a number of Malayalam movies performing stereotypical roles of a senior police officer, judge or a priest. Chandrashekaran Menon, better known by his screen name Sankaradi (14 July 1924 – 8 October 2001), was an Indian actor. He was a veteran Malayalam comedian and character artist, who had over 700 Malayalam films to his credit. He dominated the Malayalam film scene in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s as a comedian along with Adoor Bhasi and Bahadoor. Later, he switched to character roles. Early life Sankaradi passed intermediate from Maharajas College, Ernakulam. Before entering films, Sankaradi briefly dabbled in politics, journalism and theatre.
