In broadcasting, public affairs radio or television programs focus on matters of politics and public policy. In the United States, among commercial broadcasters, such programs are often only to satisfy Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulatory expectations and are not scheduled in prime time. Public affairs television programs are often broadcast at times when few listeners or viewers are tuned in (or even awake) in time slots known as graveyard slots; such programs can be frequently encountered at times such as 5-6 a.m. on a Sunday. Sunday morning talk shows are a notable exception to this obscure scheduling. Rhea Santos-de Guzman (born June 1, 1979) is a Filipino broadcast journalist and television presenter currently based in Canada. She is known for co-anchoring GMA Network's morning show ''Unang Hirit'' and hosting several news and public affairs programs including '' Reporter's Notebook'' and '' Tunay na Buhay''. After 19 years of being a broadcast journalist, she left the Philippines to study and eventually resume her profession in Vancouver, Canada. Early life Santos was born on June 1, 1979 in San Mateo, Rizal and stayed most of her childhood in Marikina. She has an older brother and a younger brother. She finished elementary and high school at St. Scholastica's Academy of Marikina. 4 (four) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 3 and preceding 5. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures.
