''Angel'' is a 1984 American exploitation film, exploitation thriller film directed by Robert Vincent O'Neil, written by O'Neil and Joseph M. Robert Vincent O’Neil (September 15, 1930 – March 12, 2022) was an American screenwriter, film director, and playwright. Best known for directing and co-writing the film ''Angel (1984 film), Angel''. He co-wrote such films as ''The Baltimore Bullet'' and ''Vice Squad (1982 film), Vice Squad'', and created the television series ''Lady Blue (TV series), Lady Blue''. Alfred Damon Runyon (October 4, 1880 – December 10, 1946) was an American journalist and short-story writer.
