Andy Bischoff
Andy Bischoff (born December 8, 1970) is an American football coach who is currently the tight ends coach and run game coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He was previously the tight ends coach for the New York Giants. Bischoff has also been a coach for the NFL's Baltimore Ravens, Chicago Bears, Houston Texans and the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL), where he was a part of two Grey Cup winning teams. Coaching career After college, Bischoff opted to take a job as a teacher and high school football coach over enrolling in a minor league baseball umpire school, working at Cretin-Derham Hall High School in Minnesota. Beginning as the offensive line coach at Cretin-Derham in 1993, he finished his time at the school as the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator, as well as the dean of students. The 2021 season was the Houston Texans' 20th season in the National Football League, and their first and only under head coach David Culley. For the first time since 2010, long-time defensive end J. J. Watt was not on the roster, as he had signed with the Arizona Cardinals on March 5, 2021, reuniting him with former Texans teammate DeAndre Hopkins, who was traded to the Cardinals the season prior. David Culley
David Wayne Culley (born September 17, 1955) is an American football coach who most recently served as the head coach of the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). Culley has 45 years of coaching experience in both collegiate and professional levels, including 27 years of NFL assistant coaching experience. He previously worked on Andy Reid's staff with the Philadelphia Eagles, with whom he appeared in Super Bowl XXXIX, and Kansas City Chiefs from 1999 to 2016. Culley assumed his first head coaching position with the Houston Texans in 2021; however, he was fired after only one season, finishing with a 4–13 record. The 2018 season was the Baltimore Ravens' 23rd in the National Football League (NFL), their 11th under head coach John Harbaugh, and their 17th and final season under general manager Ozzie Newsome. 2015 Baltimore Ravens Season
The 2015 season was the Baltimore Ravens' 20th in the National Football League (NFL) and their eighth under head coach John Harbaugh. Although picked by some, including ''Sports Illustrated'' Peter King, to reach the Super Bowl, they had a disappointing season due to devastating injuries to team starters. 14 of their games were decided by 8 points or less and Joe Flacco, Justin Forsett, Steve Smith, Sr., and Terrell Suggs all suffered season ending injuries. They were eliminated from playoff contention in Week 14 with a loss to the Seattle Seahawks, in which they also suffered their ninth loss, resulting their first losing season in the Harbaugh era and first since the collapse of the Brian Billick era.
