Andrea Stella (born 22 February 1971) is an Italian engineer, currently employed by McLaren Racing Limited as Team Principal. He was previously Performance Engineer and Race Engineer at Scuderia Ferrari. Education He graduated in aerospace engineering at La Sapienza University in Rome. In 2000, he completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with an experimental study on fluid dynamics of flames. James Key (born 14 January 1972) is a British engineer who works in Formula One as executive technical director for McLaren. Andreas Seidl (born 6 January 1976) is a German motorsport engineer and manager. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Sauber Motorsport, and previously team principal of the McLaren Formula One team and the hybrid Porsche LMP1 program.
