Amanda Blair
Amanda Blair (born 1968) is an Australian radio broadcaster, a former columnist with the '' Sunday Mail'', and a former member of the Social Inclusion Board. She started her radio career in Melbourne in 1996 when she made an appearance on the ''Richard Stubbs Breakfast Show'' on Triple M to promote her book ''The Essential Pauline Hanson''. She was signed with Austereo, and moved to Adelaide to co-host the breakfast show on SAFM with Paul Gale and James Brayshaw in March 1998. The show attained top position in the market by the end of that year and maintained it until the show ended in July 2003. She produced an event, ''Comedy for a Cause'', as part of the Adelaide Fringe in 2004, 2006 and 2008, which raised significant money for homeless charities, and was a board member of the Adelaide Festival of Arts from 2004. The ''Sunday Mail'' (originally titled ''The Mail'') is an Adelaide newspaper first published on 4 May 1912 by Clarence Moody. Triple M is an Australian commercial radio network owned and operated by Southern Cross Austereo. The network consists of 40 radio stations broadcasting a mainstream rock music format and 5 digital radio stations. The network dates back to the launch of Triple M Sydney in 1980. SAFM
SAFM (official callsign: 5SSA) is a commercial FM radio station owned and operated by Southern Cross Austereo as part of the Hit Network. The station is broadcast to Adelaide, South Australia from studios in Franklin Street. History The station began broadcasting on 12 September 1980, on the frequency of 107.5 MHz, with a call sign of 5SSA and an original on-air branding of "Double SA-FM" which was very short-lived and soon replaced by "SA-FM". It was the first commercial radio station to broadcast on the FM band in Adelaide started by Paul Thompson of the Austereo Network. James Brayshaw
James Antony Brayshaw (born 11 May 1967) is an Australian media personality and retired cricketer working in television for the Seven Network and radio for Triple M. For Seven Sport, he hosts and calls Test cricket during summer and Australian Football League on Friday nights during winter. Brayshaw worked for the Nine Network for 15 years, calling AFL, cricket and co-hosting ''The Footy Show'' with Garry Lyon. As a cricketer, he was known as Jamie Brayshaw. He is a former chairman of the North Melbourne Football Club, serving from 2008 to 2016. From 2011 to 2015, he was chairman of the Melbourne Renegades cricket team. Adelaide Fringe
The Adelaide Fringe, formerly Adelaide Fringe Festival, is the world's second-largest annual arts festival (after the Edinburgh Festival Fringe), held in the South Australian capital of Adelaide.
