Alan Monken Arruda (born September 12, 1981) is a Brazilian professional football (soccer), footballer and coach, who currently is based in Tallinn as a coach for JK Tabasalu of the Esiliiga B. Career He joined to Estonian club JK Nõmme Kalju after pay for Serrano Football Club, Ferencváros Torna Club, ASV Spratzern, Paraíba do Sul Fc, Helsinki Diplomat Sports Club and became the Captain (association football), team captain of the Meistriliiga team. His former clubs include Serrano Football Club, Ferencvárosi TC anParaíba do Sul F. C. Arruda scored his first Meistriliiga goal on March 22, 2008, in the 24th minute Direct free kick, free kick in a 0–1 win against FC TVMK. Esiliiga B
The Esiliiga B is the third division in the Estonian football league system. The Esiliiga B is ranked below the Esiliiga and above the II liiga. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts in March and ends in November. Competition format The league consists of 10 clubs, all teams play each other four times. Both the winning team and the runners-up are promoted to the Esiliiga directly, whereas the third place club will participate in a two-legged play-off with the 8th place club of the Esiliiga for a spot in next year's competition. Similarly, the 2 bottom placed teams are relegated to the II liiga. FC TVMK was an Estonian football club. TVMK won the Estonian Meistriliiga in 2005. They are also multiple winners of the Estonian Cup.
