Conjestina Achieng (born 20 October 1977 in Umiru village, Yala division, Siaya District. Conjestina is the fifth born in a family of ten. Her father Clement Adalo is a retired medical officer and her mother is Gertrude Auma. Her elder brother, Joseph Kusimba is an ex-boxer who runs a boxing club in Mathare, Nairobi. She is a Kenyan female boxer who has been nicknamed "Hands of Stone" and is ranked number five in the world. She became the first African woman to hold an international title when she beat Ugandan Fiona Tugume to take the vacant WIBF Middleweight title. Sarah Achieng Opendi, sometimes Sarah Opendi Achieng, is a Ugandan accountant and politician. She is the State Minister of Mineral Development in the Ugandan cabinet, serving since 14 December 2019. Before that, from 6 June 2016 until 14 December 2019, she served as the State Minister of Health for General Duties. Prior to that, from 15 August 2012 until 6 June 2016, she served as the Minister of State for Primary Healthcare. Prior to that, from 27 May 2011 until 15 August 2012, she served as the State Minister for Lands. In the cabinet reshuffle of 1 March 2015, she retained her cabinet post. Lydia Achieng Abura (died 20 October 2016) was a Kenyan singer who performed Afro-jazz, Afro-fusion, and gospel music. Life Achieng Abura was born in Eldoret and held an MSc. degree in Philosophy and Environmental Studies. She had one child, a son named Prince. She had a love for music, was a great orator, and took music professionally, debuting with a gospel album called ''I Believe'' around 1990. Rebecca Achieng Ajulu-Bushell (born 1994 in Warrington, England, UK) is a retired British swimmer, who won the 50m and 100m breaststroke at the 2010 British Swimming Championships. Prior to 2010, she swam internationally for Kenya. Born to a British mother and a Kenyan father, political activist and academicProfessor Rok Ajulu Ajulu-Bushell left Britain at the age of three.
