Vincenzo Luviner ( Luvineri born October 5, 1977), better known as Vinnie Paz (formerly known as Ikon the Verbal Hologram), is an Italian-born American rapper and producer behind the Philadelphia underground hip hop group Jedi Mind Tricks. He is also the frontman of the hip hop collective Army of the Pharaohs. He released his first solo album, '' Season of the Assassin'', in 2010. This was 18 years after Paz had originally started rapping. He released his second album '' God of the Serengeti'' in October 2012. In 2013, Paz confirmed that he was working with Army of the Pharaohs to release ''In Death Reborn'', which was released in 2014. Kevin Baldwin, better known by his stage name Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind or simply Stoupe, is an American hip hop producer, DJ, and member of the underground hip hop group Jedi Mind Tricks. Stoupe has worked with only a limited number of artists outside of Jedi Mind Tricks, including Stove God Cooks, 7L & Esoteric, Canibus, Virtuoso, Guru (rapper), Guru of Gang Starr and Switch. About.com placed him on its list of the "Top 50 Greatest Hip-Hop Producers". Career After years as a duo and then a trio, Baldwin left Jedi Mind Tricks in 2011 and ''Violence Begets Violence'' would be their only album to not feature Stoupe production. Jedi Mind Tricks (JMT) are an American underground hip hop group from Philadelphia, founded in 1996 by two high school friends, rapper Vinnie Paz (Vincenzo Luvineri) and producer Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind (Kevin Baldwin). In 1999, rapper Jus Allah joined the group to record their second studio album, ''Violent by Design''. Jus left the group shortly after, but returned in late 2006 and began working on the sixth studio album, ''A History of Violence (album), A History of Violence''. In 2011 Stoupe left the group because "his heart wasn't in making JMT records anymore". In 2013, Jus split from the group indefinitely, and Stoupe returned in 2015. DJ Kwestion mainly scratches choruses on the turntable. Kwestion is also a part of the group Skratch Makaniks.
