75 Cents
Kraljevi ulice is a Croatian band founded by Miran Hadži Veljković and Zlatko Petrović Pajo. The band's name translates as "Kings of the Street". They were chosen to represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade, Serbia. They sang " Romanca" alongside 75 Cents, and came in 21st. 75 Cents was the stage name of Croatian singer Ladislav Demeterffy a.k.a. Laci (29 January 1933 – 19 November 2010) who performed with Kraljevi ulice in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008. He was dubbed "75 Cents", a reference to his age at the time (75). , he was the oldest known participant in the history of the contest, but had this record beaten in May 2012, when Natalya Pugacheva (late October 1935 – 2019) represented Russia as part of the group Buranovskiye Babushki. Eurovision Song Contest 2013
The Eurovision Song Contest 2013 was the 58th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Malmö, Sweden, following the country's victory at the with the song "Euphoria" by Loreen. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Sveriges Television (SVT), the contest was held at Malmö Arena and consisted of two semi-finals on 14 and 16 May, and a final on 18 May 2013. Andrea Šušnjara (born 26 February 1987) is a Croatian singer who was the Croatian entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2009. She, alongside Igor Cukrov, were the winners of Dora 2009, performing the song "Lijepa Tena" (''Beautiful Tena''). At Eurovision they performed in the second semi-final as the opening act and qualified for the final as the jury's selected qualifier. In the final they finished in 18th place with 45 points. She also competed to represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2004, performing the song "Noah" at Dora 2004. Igor Cukrov
Igor Cukrov (born 6 June 1984) is a Croatian singer-songwriter, musician and television personality. He came to media attention as one of sixteen contestants of talents show '' Operacija trijumf'', Balkan version of Endemol's ''Star Academy''. Cukrov represented Croatia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009, alongside Andrea Šušnjara, with the song "Lijepa Tena", written by Tonči Huljić. The song qualified to the final from the second semi-final as the jury's selected qualifier. It eventually finished in the 18th place with 45 points. Adolf "Dado" Topić (born 4 September 1950, Siverić at Drniš) is a rock musician from Croatia and the former Yugoslavia. He was the lead singer and founder of Time, a 1970s progressive rock band. From 1970 to late 1971, he was also the lead singer of the popular prog-rock band Korni Grupa (also known as The Kornelyans). The teaching hospital Sisters of Charity ( hr, Klinički bolnički centar Sestre milosrdnice) in Zagreb, Croatia, is one of the oldest hospitals in southern Europe. History The hospital was established in 1846, through the initiative of Cardinal Juraj Haulik, the Archbishop of Zagreb.
