55 Water Street is a skyscraper on the East River in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, New York City. The 53-story, structure was completed in 1972. The New York City Police Museum (NYCPM) is a museum that has featured the history and contributions of the New York City Police Department since its establishment in 1845. The museum was located in Lower Manhattan in New York City, near Wall Street and the South Street Seaport prior to losing its home due to Hurricane Sandy. While one of the museum's primary focuses is a memorial to the September 11 attacks, the museum contains a wide range of information on the history of the NYPD. The Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive, commonly called the FDR Drive for short, is a limited-access parkway on the east side of the New York City borough of Manhattan. Front Street is a street on the southeastern side of Lower Manhattan, New York City, running southwest from Dover Street near the Brooklyn Bridge through South Street Seaport to Fulton Street in the Financial District.
