Aoki Takamasa
(sometimes stylized as AOKI takamasa) (born 1976), is a Japanese electronic musician and producer. Biography Aoki Takamasa was born in Osaka in 1976. He began experimenting as a musician in 1993 when he was 17, when he recorded music on a four-track cassette recorder, mixing acoustic guitar, bass and drums together. He continued to experiment with electronic music, and in 2001 he released his first album ''Silicom'' through the independent Japanese label Progressive Form. He released a further three albums with Progressive Form until 2004, and one on musician Yoshihiro Hanno's personal label, Cirque Records, in 2003. In 2004 he relocated from Osaka to France, to work with singer Tujiko Noriko to create the album '' 28'' while there. ''Montreal Mirror'' or just ''Mirror'' was a free English language alternative newsweekly based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada which was distributed every Thursday. It had a circulation of 70,000 and reached a quarter of a million readers per week. First published on June 20, 1985, the publication became a weekly in September 1989. It was bought by media giant Quebecor in 1997. It was published by ''Communications Gratte-Ciel Ltée''. Under the Vox brand name, they also manufacture guitar amplifiers and electric guitars. History Korg was founded in 1962 in Tokyo by Tsutomu Kato and Tadashi Osanai as ''Keio Gijutsu Kenkyujo Ltd.''. Tujiko Noriko
is a Japanese musician, actor and director, from Osaka. She has released music on the Austrian label Mego and the German label Tomlab, among others. Much of her music is composed on a laptop and consists of layered samples, electronic beats, keyboards, and vocal melodies. Her lyrics are in Japanese and English. She is currently living in Paris and is also working on experimental short films. In 2004, she teamed up with Peter 'Pita' Rehberg as DACM, making the album ''Stéréotypie''. In 2005, she collaborated with French artist Saâdane Afif to create film using four texts by French artist Lili Reynaud-Dewar.
