2020 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz UCI Mountain Bike World Cup was a series of races in Olympic Cross-Country (XCO), Cross-Country Eliminator (XCE), and Downhill (DHI). Each discipline had an Elite Men and an Elite Women category. There were also under-23 categories in the XCO and junior categories in the DHI. The cross-country series had two rounds and the downhill series four rounds. Cross-country UCI decided to not award World Cup standings points as just two races were run. 2019 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup

Christopher Blevins (born March 14, 1998) is an American cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Mountain Bike Team Specialized Factory Racing. Specializing in cross-country mountain biking, Blevins has also previously competed in road cycling (for ) and cyclo-cross, before choosing to solely focus on mountain biking in preparation for the 2020 Summer Olympics. Haley Batten
Haley Batten (born September 19, 1998) is an American cross-country and mountain bike cyclist. From Park City, Utah, Batten studied at Quest University, Canada. Batten won national titles as a junior and another at U23 level, and won a U23 World Cup, and was part of the USA team relay at the 2019 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships where they earned a silver medal in Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canada. Batten rode for the Clif Pro Team from 2016 to 2019 and Specialized Racing for 2020, and Trinity Racing in 2021. Batten rode to a third-place finish at her first elite World Cup XCO race in Albstadt, Germany. On Friday 14 May 2021 Batten won the short-track cross-country MTB World Cup race in the Czech Republic. Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado (born 6 August 1998) is a Dominican-born Dutch cyclist, who currently competes in cyclo-cross for UCI Cyclo-cross Team , and in road cycling for UCI Women's Continental Team . Thomas Pidcock (born 30 July 1999) is a British cyclist who currently competes in the cyclo-cross, mountain bike and road bicycle racing disciplines of the sport for UCI WorldTeam . After a prodigious junior and under-23 career with World Championship victories in all three of these disciplines, Pidcock turned professional in 2021. Nino Schurter (born 13 May 1986) is a Swiss cross-country cyclist who races for the SCOTT-SRAM MTB Racing Team. Schurter won the world championship in men's cross-country in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 and the overall UCI World Cup in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022 and thus become the first man to hold 8 World Cup overall titles.
