2019 Tour Of Oman
The 2019 Tour of Oman was a road cycling stage race that took place in Oman between 16 and 21 February 2019. It was the tenth edition of the Tour of Oman, and was rated as a 2.HC event as part of the UCI Asia Tour. Alexey Lutsenko defended his title from last year as he won with his team as he also took home the point classification. Teams Eighteen teams were invited to start the race. These included seven UCI WorldTeams and 11 UCI Professional Continental teams. 2019 UCI Asia Tour
The 2019 UCI Asia Tour was the 15th season of the UCI Asia Tour. The season began on 23 October 2018 with the Tour of Hainan and ended on 20 October 2019. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Asia Tour cycling jersey. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Alexander Kristoff
Alexander Kristoff (born 5 July 1987) is a Norwegian professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . He won the Norwegian National Road Race Championships in 2007 and 2011. His biggest victories have been the 2014 Milan–San Remo and the 2015 Tour of Flanders among many other successes. Career Early career At six, he moved from Oslo to Stavanger. Bryan Coquard
Bryan Coquard (born 25 April 1992) is a French cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . He was a silver medalist at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Omnium. Career Youth and amateur career Coquard began cycling in 1999 at the age of seven, at the US Pontchâteau club. In September 2008, aged sixteen, he joined CREPS Bordeaux, where he was coached by Éric Vermeulen. In 2009, Coquard won the gold medal in the omnium at the UCI Juniors World Championships, as well as winning the scratch at the European championships. The Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre is a major business and tourism facility owned and developed by the Oman Tourism Development Company and located in the Seeb area of Capital city Muscat, Oman. Shatti Al-Qurum (also written Shatti Al-Qurm) is the most expensive residential locality situated on the coast of Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman. It is also known as Muscat's Diplomatic District due to many embassies being located there.
