John Catlin (golfer)
John Catlin (born November 15, 1990) is an American professional golfer who plays on the European Tour and the Asian Tour. He has won three times on the European Tour and has also won four times on the Asian Tour. Amateur career Catlin was born and grew up in Sacramento, California, United States. He picked up the game from an early age and found a lot of success as an amateur, winning consecutive NCGA State Match Play Championships in 2010 and 2011, and Memorial Amateur Championships in 2011 and 2012. Catlin then went on to play for the University of New Mexico where he was an Academic All-American and an honorable mention NCAA All-American in 2012. Korean Tour
The Korean Tour is a men's professional golf tour run by the Korea Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA) of South Korea. In 2011, it had total prize money of about US$14 million. Professional golf in Korea dates back to the mid 20th century. The Korean Professional Golf Championship and the Korean Open were launched in 1958 and the KPGA was founded in 1963. Various other tournaments were created over the following decades. The KPGA's tours serve as feeders for richer tours around the world. Substantial numbers of Korean golfers have played on the Asian Tour and the Japan Golf Tour, and a few have made it onto the PGA Tour or the European Tour. ISPS Handa New Zealand Open
The New Zealand Open is the premier men's golf tournament in New Zealand. It has been a regular fixture on the PGA Tour of Australasia tournament schedule since the 1970s. The 2019 event was the 100th edition of the tournament. Since 2014 it has been held as a pro-am in February or March. Prize money for the 2020 event was NZ$1.4 million, with an additional NZ$50,000 for the pro-am; the tournament winner received NZ$252,000. The 2018 PGA Tour of Australasia, titled as the 2018 ISPS Handa PGA Tour of Australasia for sponsorship reasons, was a series of men's professional golf events played mainly in Australia. The main tournaments on the PGA Tour of Australasia were played in the southern summer, so they were split between the first and last months of the year. Kiradech Aphibarnrat (; born Anujit Hirunratanakorn, 23 July 1989) is a Thai professional golfer who plays on the Asian, European, and PGA Tours. Amateur career In both 2003 and 2004, Aphibarnrat won his age group at the Junior World Golf Championships. The World Super 6 Perth is a golf tournament that was played for the first time in October 2012 as the ISPS Handa Perth International. The 2018 European Tour is the 47th season of golf tournaments since the European Tour officially began in 1972 and the 10th edition of the Race to Dubai. Paul Peterson (born July 1, 1988) is an American professional golfer, currently playing on the European Tour and the Asian Tour. Professional career Peterson played on the Canadian Tour in 2012, making only two cuts in six events. In February 2014, Peterson was successful at the Asian Tour Qualifying School.
