2017–18 Tunisian Cup
The 2017–18 Tunisian Cup (Coupe de Tunisie) was the 86th season of the football cup competition of Tunisia. The competition is organized by the Fédération Tunisienne de Football (FTF) and open to all clubs in Tunisia. Preliminary rounds Results: Round of 32 The draw for the round of 32 and round of 16 was held on 13 December 2017. Round of 16 Quarter-finals Semi-finals The games were played on 22 April 2018. Club Africain
Club Africain ( ar, النادي الإفريقي) is a Tunisian football club based in Tunis that competes in the Tunisian Championship. It fields several sports teams, including football, handball, basketball, swimming and volleyball. The football team was the first Tunisian club to win an international trophy, when they won the Maghreb Cup Winners Cup in 1971. Saber Khalifa ( ar, صابر خليفة; born 14 October 1986) is a Tunisian international footballer who plays for Club Africain as a winger and striker. Club career Born in Gabès, Khalifa has played in Tunisia, Libya and France for Stade Gabèsien, Espérance, Hammam-Lif, Al-Ahly. He joined French club Evian Thonon Gaillard in 2011, and in 2013 he was a finalist in the Coupe de France when his side lost 2–3 to Bordeaux. Abrahame Jacques Bessan (born September 15, 1993) is a Beninese professional footballer who plays as a forward for TP Mazembe and the Benin national team. Playing career Club career Bessan debuted for Soleil FC of the Benin Premier League as a teenager in 2008 and showed promise early on.
