2017 Web.com Tour
The 2017 Web.com Tour was the 28th season of the top developmental tour for the PGA Tour in men's golf, and the sixth under the current sponsored name of Web.com Tour. It ran from January 8 to October 2. The season consisted of 26 official money tournaments, six of them played outside of the United States. Brice Garnett
Brice Patrick Garnett (born September 6, 1983) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour. After attending Missouri Western State University, where he was a three-time NCAA Division II All-American, Garnett turned pro in 2006. He played on the Adams Pro Tour from 2007 to 2009. From 2010 to 2013, he played on the Web.com Tour. Garnett improved his money list rank each season, culminating with a 14th-place finish in 2013 which earned him a card for the 2014 PGA Tour. During his rookie season on the PGA Tour, he made 20 cuts in 28 events, highlighted by a tie for seventh at the Shell Houston Open. He qualified for the 2014 FedEx Cup Playoffs, one of only two rookies to do so, the other being Chesson Hadley. It was first played in June 2014 as the Cleveland Open at the Lakewood Country Club in Westlake, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. In 2016, it moved to Ivanhoe Club in Ivanhoe, Illinois. James Conrad Shindler IV (born July 20, 1988) is an American professional golfer. Shindler was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He played college golf at Texas A&M University, helping the team win the NCAA Division I Championship in 2009. Shindler turned professional after graduating in 2011. BMW Charity Pro-Am
The BMW Charity Pro-Am is a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It is currently played at Thornblade Club (host course) in Greer, South Carolina and The Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina. From 1992 to 2000, the event was played at Verdae Greens Golf Club in Greenville. When the event changed to a pro-am format in 2001, it moved to The Cliffs in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, using the Valley and Keowee Vineyards courses. The Walnut Cove course was added in 2005. In 2008, the tournament shifted to three different courses: Thornblade Club, Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina and Bright's Creek Golf Club in Mill Spring, North Carolina. Nathan Clark Lashley (born December 12, 1982) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. Early life Lashley was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He played college golf at the University of Arizona. During his junior year, his parents and girlfriend died in a plane crash in Wyoming while flying from Sunriver, Oregon, where they had watched Lashley compete in the NCAA West Regional, to Nebraska. Matthew David Atkins (born December 13, 1990) is an American professional golfer. Atkins was born in Aston, Pennsylvania.
