2012 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship
The 2012 Individual Speedway Junior World Championship was the 36th edition of the FIM World motorcycle speedway Under-21 Championships. The final was run over a series of seven races between 21 July and November 2011. Michael Jepsen Jensen became the new champion. Qualification In five Qualifying round started 80 riders and to Semi-finals qualified top 6 from each meetings. This 30 riders and 2 riders from Semi-final' host federations started in two Semi-finals. The top 7 riders from both SF were automatically qualified for all Final meetings. Riders There were fourteen ''permanent riders'' (riders placed 1st to 7th in both semi finals were automatically qualified for all Final meetings). Two ''Wild Card'' riders were nominated to each final meeting (approval and nomination by CCP Bureau). Two ''Track Reserve'' riders were nominated by national federation. Individual Speedway Junior World Championship
The Speedway Under-21 World Championship is an annual speedway event held each year organized by the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) since 1977. As of 2022, the title was awarded to the winner of the SGP2 category at the FIM Speedway World Championship. History Between 1977 and 1987 the Championship was the called Individual Speedway Junior European Championship (European Speedway Under 21 Championship), open only to European riders. In 1979, the Championship allowed riders from other continents to compete, but was renamed to the Speedway World Under 21 Championship in 1988. A new competition was named Individual Speedway Junior European Championship was founded by the European Motorcycle Union (UEM) in 1998, only open to European competitors. Nicklas Porsing
Nicklas Andre Porsing (born 7 January 1993) is a Danish motorcycle speedway rider who has raced in leagues in Denmark, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Career Born in Herning, Porsing started his senior career at Holsted Speedway Klub in Denmark. He finished second in the European Junior Championship and reached the final of the Under-21 World Championship (finishing 5th) in 2012. In 2013 he again reached the final of the Under-21 World Championship and was part of the winning Danish team at the Under-21 World Cup in Pardubice. In 2013 he was signed mid-season by King's Lynn Stars to ride in the Elite League as cover for the injured Mads Korneliussen and was retained for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Facundo Albin (born 27 October 1992) is an Argentine speedway rider who was Argentinian Champion in 2018. Career Albin was born in Daireaux, Buenos Aires Province in 1992. Tobiasz Musielak
Tobiasz Musielak (born 18 August 1993 in Leszno, Poland) is a Polish motorcycle speedway rider who rode for the Wolverhampton Wolves in the Elite League and has also ridden for Swindon Robins and Sheffield Tigers. Career Musielak, the younger brother of fellow Speedway rider Sławomir Musielak, mirrored the early career of his brother by starting his career with Unia Leszno who Tobiasz still rides for today after first riding for them in 2009. In 2011 he became a member of the Polish national junior speedway team, and in 2012 he was the runner-up in the Individual Speedway Junior European Championship. Musielak was given his first opportunity in British Speedway by the Wolverhampton Wolves who named him in their 2015 line-up. Wolves promoter Chris Van Straaten described Musielak as "a really entertaining rider and a really exciting prospect".
