2010 Suruga Bank Championship
The 2010 Suruga Bank Championship ( ja, スルガ銀行チャンピオンシップ2010; es, Copa Suruga Bank 2010) was the third edition of the match between the winners of the previous season's J. League Cup and the Copa Sudamericana. It was contested by the 2009 J. League Cup winner Tokyo and the 2009 Copa Sudamericana champion Ecuadorian club LDU Quito. Qualified teams Rules The match was played normally according to the rules of the games, with a penalty shootout if the score was tied at the end of regulation. Liga Deportiva Universitaria (), often referred to as Liga de Quito, LDU, is an Ecuadorian professional football club based in Quito. They play in the Serie A, the highest level of the Ecuadorian professional football league. Masashi Oguro
is a Japanese former professional footballer who played as a forward. He made 22 appearances scoring 5 goals for Japan national team between 2005 and 2008. Club career Oguro joined the J1 League in 1999, with Gamba Osaka. He was loaned to Consadole Sapporo for the 2001 season, and returned to Gamba having impressed many in Osaka. In 2004, Oguro scored the second-highest number of goals in the J1 League, and the highest number of all Japanese-born players. Kim Young-gwon ( ko, 김영권; born 27 February 1990) is a South Korean professional footballer who plays for Ulsan Hyundai and the South Korea national football team. Renán Calle Camacho (born August 9, 1976) is a retired Ecuadorian football defender. Club career Calle started his professional playing career in 1999 with Aucas. Carlos Ariel Luna (born January 17, 1982 in Piquillín, Córdoba) is a retired Argentine footballer who played as a forward.
