The 2003 World Music Awards (15th annual World Music Awards) were held on 12 October 2003 in Monaco. Awards are given based on worldwide sales figures for that year. The World Music Awards is an international award show founded in 1989 under the patronage of Albert II, Prince of Monaco and co-founder/executive producer John Martinotti.
