Tainan Municipal Cultural Center
The Tainan Municipal Cultural Center (TMCC; ) is a cultural center in East District, Tainan, Taiwan. History The construction of the center started in June 1980 and was inaugurated on 6 October 1984 as Tainan Municipal Cultural Center. In 2000, it was renamed to Tainan Municipal Arts Center. However, on 20 May 2004 it was renamed back again to Tainan Municipal Cultural Center. Tainan (), officially Tainan City, is a special municipality in southern Taiwan facing the Taiwan Strait on its western coast. Kevin Tsai (; born 1 March 1962) is a Taiwanese television host and writer. He co-hosts Chung T'ien Television's ''Kangsi Coming'' with hostess Dee Hsu. Early life Tsai was born to a wealthy family. His father was a well known lawyer and his family was briefly in the shipping business. Tsai went to private schools for his pre–bachelor education, and he entered Tunghai University to study foreign language in 1984. Career In 1990, Kevin Tsai graduated from UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television with a Master Degree in TV Production and moved back to Taiwan. ''Infernal Affairs'' is a 2002 Hong Kong action thriller film co-directed by Andrew Lau and Alan Mak. Andrew Lau Wai-keung ( zh, t=劉偉強, born 4 April 1960) is a Hong Kong film director, producer, and cinematographer. Lau began his career in the 1980s and 1990s, serving as a cinematographer to filmmakers such as Ringo Lam, Wong Jing and Wong Kar-wai. Alan Mak Siu-fai (; born 1 January 1965), is a Hong Kong writer, director, actor and producer. Early life In 1965, Mak was born in Hong Kong.
