2023–24 ISU Speed Skating World Cup
The 2023-24 ISU Speed Skating World Cup is an international level speed skating tournament. The season consists of 6 events, and began on 10 November 2023 in Obihiro, Japan and ended on 4 February 2024 in Quebec City, Canada. The World Cup is organised by the ISU who also runs world cups and championships in short track speed skating and figure skating Figure skating is a sport in which individuals, pairs, or groups perform on figure skates on ice. Laurent Dubreuil (born July 25, 1992) is a Canadian speed skater. He competes primarily in the short distances of 500 m and 1000 m. Dubreuil won his first World Cup medal during the 2014–15 season when he placed third in the World Cup stop in Seoul. Ice Arena Tomaszów Mazowiecki is Poland's first year-round ice skating rink that serves for speed skating, figure skating, ice hockey, short track and roller skating. It is located near Pilica River in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, 10 kilometers away from the Olympic Sports Centre in Spała, Poland. It was built between 2016 and 2017.
