2022–23 MENA Tour
The 2022–23 MENA Tour was the 10th and final season of the MENA Tour. LIV Golf strategic alliance Following an announcement made in October 2022, the MENA Tour announced that they had entered into a strategic alliance with LIV Golf. This was mainly due to LIV Golf attempting to gain Official World Golf Ranking points for their events by co-sanctioning them with the MENA Tour. The proposals were initially rejected by the OWGR. The first tournament added to the 2022–23 schedule was an event held in Thailand, co-sanctioned by the LIV Golf Invitational Series. Talor Gooch
Talor Keith Gooch (born November 14, 1991) is an American professional golfer. Early life and amateur career Gooch was born in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He played college golf at Oklahoma State University. He was already drawing notice for his talent as a six-year-old. His father, Ron Gooch, played minor league professional baseball in the Texas Rangers organization. Professional career Gooch played on the PGA Tour Canada in 2015 and 2016. His best finish was second at the 2015 Syncrude Boreal Open. In December 2016, he tied for 23rd place in the Web.com Tour qualifying tournament to earn a place on the Web.com Tour in 2017. Charles Howell III
Charles Gordon Howell III (born June 20, 1979) is an American professional golfer who currently plays on LIV Golf and formerly on the PGA Tour. He has been featured in the top 15 of the Official World Golf Ranking and ranked 9th on the PGA Tour money list in 2002. The LIV Golf Bedminster was a professional golf tournament that was held in Bedminster, New Jersey, outside of New York City. The tournament was held in July 2022, at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster and was the third event for LIV Golf, a new golf series led by Greg Norman and funded by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund. Format The tournament was a 54-hole individual stroke play event, with a team element. Four man teams were selected via a draft by their designated team captains, with a set number of their total scores counting for the team on each day. Each round commenced with a shotgun start, with the leaders beginning on the first hole for the final round, in order to finish on the eighteenth. Bryson DeChambeau
Bryson James Aldrich DeChambeau (born September 16, 1993) is an American professional golfer who currently plays on the LIV Golf League. He formerly played on the PGA Tour, and has won two major championships, the 2020 and 2024 U.S. Open. The inaugural tournament was held in June 2022 at the Centurion Club near Hemel Hempstead, England, as part of the LIV Golf Invitational Series, a golf series led by Greg Norman and funded by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund. Harold Varner III
Harold William Varner III (born August 15, 1990) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour and currently plays in the LIV Golf League. He won the Australian PGA Championship in December 2016 and the PIF Saudi International in February 2022.
