2022 Indy Pro 2000 Championship
The 2022 Indy Pro 2000 Championship was the 24th season in series history, and the fourth and final season held under the Indy Pro 2000 moniker. It served as the second rung of the Road to Indy ladder system, with the winner earning an Indy Lights scholarship for the following season. Rookie Louis Foster won the Drivers' championship, while Juncos Hollinger Racing won their fifth Teams' championship. Indy Pro 2000 Championship
The USF Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires, formerly known as the Star Mazda Championship, Pro Mazda Championship, and later Indy Pro 2000 Championship, is an open-wheel racing series serving as the third step on the Road to Indy ladder system, between the U.S. F2000 Championship and Indy NXT. The series is sanctioned by the United States Auto Club and operated by Andersen Promotions. The series' champion is awarded a scholarship package to advance to Indy Lights competition for the following season. It competes on all open-wheel disciplines: road courses, street courses, and ovals. The series' primary sponsor is the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company via their Cooper Tires brand. Jordan Missig (born 22 March 1998) is an American racing driver currently competing in the 2023 USF Pro 2000 Championship with Pabst Racing. Career Karting Jordan Missig competed in the Briggs & Stratton LO206 powered Margay Ignite Series. He achieved four Ignite Senior Championships at Kart Circuit Autobahn along with a regional Ignite Challenge Series championship in 2018. Sports cars Missig started his sports car racing career at Autobahn Country Club in 2017, competing in both the Spec Miata and Radical Sports Car classes. He is also the great-great grandson of Frederick Pabst, founder of the Pabst Brewing Company, and the great-great grandson of August Uihlein of Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company. Jack Miller (born June 14, 1961, in Indianapolis), usually known as Dr. Jack Miller, is an American retired racing driver. He drove in the Indy Racing League from 1997 to 2001 and the Indianapolis 500 from 1997 to 1999. Miller is a practicing dentist and was accordingly "The Racing Dentist." For much of his racing career, he was sponsored by dental product companies including Crest and Water Pik. Miller's best IRL finish was a 9th in 1998 at Charlotte.
