2014 CS U.S. International Figure Skating Classic
The 2014 CS U.S. International Figure Skating Classic was a senior international figure skating competition held in September 2014 at the Salt Lake City Sports Complex in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was part of the 2014–15 ISU Challenger Series. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The preliminary entries were published on August 15, 2014. Results Medal summary Men Aaron won the men's title for third year in a row. Ladies Polina Edmunds of the United States won her first senior international title. Teammate Courtney Hicks took silver while Japan's Riona Kato obtained the bronze. ISU Challenger Series
The ISU Challenger Series is a series of international figure skating competitions. Established by the International Skating Union in the 2014–15 season, it is a group of senior-level events ranked below the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Chris Knierim
Christopher Knierim (born November 5, 1987) is an American former pair skater. With his wife, Alexa Scimeca Knierim, he is a 2018 Olympic bronze medalist in the figure skating team event, a two-time Four Continents medalist ( 2016 silver, 2014 bronze), a three-time Grand Prix medalist (1 silver, 2 bronze), and a three-time U.S. National Champion (2015, 2018, 2020). Andrei Rogozine
Andrei Rogozine (russian: Андрей Рогозин; born 29 January 1993) is a Canadian former competitive figure skater. He is the 2011 World Junior champion, 2010 JGP Final bronze medallist, and 2013 Canadian national bronze medallist. Personal life Andrei Rogozine was born January 29, 1993, in Moscow, Russia. His family moved to Canada when he was five. He attended Richmond Green Secondary School in Richmond Hill, Ontario. He moved to Newmarket, Ontario, in 2011 and now lives in Ottawa. Career Rogozine started skating when he was six years old, instructed by Inga Zusev. He began learning at the Forest Hill Skating Club. He was inspired by Alexei Yagudin, the 2002 Olympic champion. Ronald Lam
Chiu Ting Ronald Lam (born February 13, 1991) is a retired Hong Kong figure skater. He won three senior international medals and three national titles. He competed in the final segment at three ISU Championships, placing 20th at the 2010 World Junior Championships in The Hague, Netherlands; 13th at the 2015 Four Continents Championships in Seoul, South Korea; and 14th at the 2015 World Championships in Shanghai, China. Douglas Razzano
Douglas Razzano (born October 22, 1988) is an American former competitive figure skater. He is the 2014 CS Ice Challenge champion and a silver medalist at three senior internationals — the 2014 Challenge Cup, 2011 Finlandia Trophy, and 2010 Ice Challenge. Colin McManus (born March 10, 1990) is an American former competitive ice dancer. With his skating partner, Anastasia Cannuscio, he is the 2013 Ice Challenge champion, a three-time bronze medalist on the ISU Challenger Series, and the 2016 U.S. national pewter medalist. Max Settlage (born July 1, 1992) is an American former pair skater. With former partner Madeline Aaron, he is the 2014 CS U.S. Classic bronze medalist, a two-time U.S. national pewter medalist (2015– 2016), and the 2014 U.S. national junior champion.
