2013–14 Russian Basketball Cup
The 2013–14 Russian Basketball Cup was the 13th season of the Russian Basketball Cup. From the Eightfinals till the Final, all teams played two legs to decide which team advanced. UNICS Kazan and Lokomotiv Kuban qualified for the Final, Krasny Oktyabr and Khimki were semifinalists. Unics won the cup on May 14, 2014. Drew Goudelock exploded for 36 points in the final game. Mantas Kalnietis
Mantas Kalnietis (born 6 September 1986) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player who last played for Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) and the EuroLeague. He was also a member of the Lithuanian national basketball team. He would preferably take the point guard position, but could play shooting guard as well. Early years Kalnietis spent two and a half seasons with the LKKA-Žalgiris. He averaged 17.7 points and 4.3 assists in his second season. Professional career Kalnietis made his pro debut in February 2006 with the Žalgiris Kaunas. He averaged 6.8 points on 65 percent shooting in the EuroLeague. Kalnietis helped Žalgiris win a Baltic League title in 2008, two Lithuanian League titles in 2007 and 2008 and two Lithuanian Cups in 2007 and 2008. Khimki ( rus, Химки, p=ˈxʲimkʲɪ) is a city in Moscow Oblast, Russia, 18.25 kilometres northwest of central Moscow, and immediately beyond the Moscow city boundary. Khimki Basketball Center, or Khimki Basketball Center of Moscow Region, is an indoor sporting arena that is located in Khimki, Russia. Nikolaos "Nikos" Zisis (alternate spelling: Zissis; el, Νικόλαος "Νίκος" Ζήσης; born August 16, 1983) is a Greek basketball executive and former professional basketball player. Nikita Aleksandrovich Kurbanov (russian: Никита Александрович Курбанов; born October 5, 1986) is a Russian professional basketball player and the team captain of CSKA Moscow of the VTB United League.
