2013–14 NBL Season
The 2013–14 NBL season was the 36th season of competition since its establishment in 1979. A total of eight teams contested the league. The regular season was played between 10 October 2013 and 23 March 2014, and was followed by a post-season featuring the top four in late March and April 2014. The schedule was announced on 9 August 2013. The Perth Wildcats defeated the Adelaide 36ers 2–1 in the three-game finals series, with the final match at Perth Arena attended by 13,498 people. Australian broadcast rights to the season were held by free-to-air network Channel Ten and its digital sports sister station One, in the fourth year of a five-year deal, through to the 2014–15 season. National Basketball League (Australia)
The National Basketball League (NBL) is a men's Professional sports#Basketball, professional basketball list of basketball leagues, league in Australasia, currently composed of ten teams: nine in Australia and one in New Zealand. It is the premier professional men's basketball league in Australia and New Zealand. The NBL was established as the National Invitation Basketball League (NIBL) in 1978 and commenced its first season in 1979. It was renamed to the NBL in 1980. New Shenzhen Stadium
Shenzhen Universiade Sports Centre (), also known as Shenzhen Universiade Centre, Longgang Universiade Sports Centre, or Longgang Stadium, is a multi-use sport facilities complex in Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The Saint Mary's Gaels men's basketball team represents Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California, competing in the West Coast Conference of the NCAA. The team plays home games in the University Credit Union Pavilion, capacity 3,500; it is one of the smaller gyms in the WCC. Their head coach is Randy Bennett, who is the school's all-time wins leader. The Cairns Taipans are an Australian professional basketball team based in Cairns, Queensland.
