2013 German Masters
The 2013 German Masters (officially the 2013 Betfair German Masters) was a professional ranking snooker tournament that took place between 30 January – 3 February 2013 at the Tempodrom in Berlin, Germany. It was the sixth ranking event of the 2012/2013 season. Ronnie O'Sullivan was the defending champion, but he decided not to compete this year. Ali Carter won his third ranking title by defeating Marco Fu 9–6 in the final. Andrew Higginson
Andrew Higginson (born 13 December 1977) is an English professional snooker player from Widnes, Cheshire. He is best known for being the surprise finalist of the 2007 Welsh Open (snooker), 2007 Welsh Open. Michael Wasley
Michael Wasley (born 23 February 1990) is an English former professional snooker player. Wasley turned professional after qualifying via Event 3 of 2012 Q School and gained a two-year tour card for the 2012–13 and 2013–14 snooker seasons. He won five matches in the event, concluding with a 4–3 victory over Fraser Patrick. His biggest achievement to date is reaching the last 16 of the 2014 World Championship. Mark James Williams (born 21March 1975) is a Welsh professional snooker player who is a three-time World Champion, winning the title in 2000, 2003 and 2018. He has been ranked the world number one player three times (May 2000 May 2002, May 2003 May 2004 and May 2011 September 2011). Kurt Maflin
Kurt Graham Maflin (born 8 August 1983) is an English-Norwegian former professional snooker player. A strong break-builder, Maflin has compiled more than 200 century breaks during his career and has made two 147 breaks in professional competition. Fraser Patrick
Fraser Patrick (born 8 November 1985) is a Scottish former professional snooker player from Glasgow. Career Patrick started his professional career in 2002 by playing Challenge Tour, where he spent three seasons without success. In 2007 Patrick earned the Scottish nomination to make his Main Tour debut. Aside from Grand Prix, where he won four matches at the round-robin qualifying stage and finished third in his group, he was to struggle for wins during his debut season and was relegated from the tour. With the introduction of Q School, Patrick came agonisingly close to regaining his tour place, twice losing his final match both in 2011 and 2012.
