Mike Ivie
Michael Wilson Ivie (born August 8, 1952), is an American former professional baseball player. He played as a first baseman in Major League Baseball for the San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, Houston Astros, and Detroit Tigers during his career from 1971 to 1983. In addition to playing first base, Ivie put in considerable time as a third baseman, a left fielder and was a designated hitter. Ivie is one of only five Major League Baseball players to hit two pinch-hit grand slams in the same season. The others are Davey Johnson of the Philadelphia Phillies, Darryl Strawberry of the New York Yankees, Ben Broussard of the Cleveland Indians, and Brooks Conrad of the Atlanta Braves. Bucky Dent
Russell Earl "Bucky" Dent (born Russell Earl O'Dey; November 25, 1951) is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB) player and manager. He earned two World Series rings as the starting shortstop for the New York Yankees in 1977 and 1978 and was voted the World Series Most Valuable Player Award in 1978. Dent is most famous for his home run in a tie-breaker game against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park at the end of the 1978 regular season. Early life Born in Savannah, Georgia, to Denise O'Dey and Russell "Shorty" Stanford, Dent went home from the hospital with his mother's brother James Earl Dent, and James' wife, Sarah. Lonnie Paul Dade (December 7, 1951 – August 25, 2016) was a Major League Baseball outfielder/third baseman. On June 4, 1970 he was drafted by the California Angels in the 1st round (10th pick) of the 1970 amateur draft. He played for the Angels (1975–1976), Cleveland Indians (1977–1979), and San Diego Padres (1979–1980). Dade was called up to the Angels after hitting .332 in 100 games for the El Paso Diablos of the Texas League and then .545 in 9 games for the Salt Lake City Gulls of the Pacific Coast League. He made his major league debut on September 12, 1975 at Royals Stadium, starting the second game of a doubleheader in left field against Kansas City. He went 0-for-3 against Al Fitzmorris.
