17th Annual Latin Grammy Awards
The 17th Annual Latin Grammy Awards were held on November 17, 2016 at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The nominations were announced on September 21, 2016. Julio Reyes Copello, Djavan, Fonseca, Jesse & Joy, and Ricardo López Lalinde leads with four nominations each. American singer Marc Anthony was honored as the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year on November 16, the day prior to the Latin Grammy Awards. T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Paradise, Nevada. Opened on April 6, 2016, it is the home arena of the Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League (NHL). "La Bicicleta" ( en, "The Bicycle") is a song by Colombian singers Carlos Vives and Shakira from Vives' fifteenth studio album ''Vives'' (2017) and is also included as an album track on Shakira's eleventh studio album ''El Dorado'' (2017). The song was written by both singers, and produced by Andrés Castro and it marks Shakira's first collaboration with a fellow Colombian artist. "La Bicicleta" was intended to be representative of both singers' homelands musical styles in Colombia. Geoffrey Royce Rojas (born May 11, 1989), known professionally as Prince Royce, is an American singer.
