United Football League (2024–present)

The United Football League (UFL) is a professionalAmerican footballspring league in the United States. The league was created following the merger of the XFL and United States Football League (USFL); it started play in March 2024. It comprises six teams, all concentrated in the Midwest and Southern United States; three of the teams are former XFL franchises, while the other three are expansion teams established beginning in the 2026 season (the remaining USFL teams were eliminated following that season) under the ownership of Mike Repole.
