Drôme (French pronunciation:; Occitan: Droma; Arpitan: Drôma) is the southernmost department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpesregion of Southeastern France. Named after the river Drôme, it had a population of 524,207 as of 2023. Drôme's prefecture is Valence.
The southern portion of the Drôme, closest to Provence, is often known as the fr:Drôme Provençale.
