AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., traditionally and more commonly known as Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC), a subsidiary of AVIC, is a Chinese aerospaceconglomerate that designs and manufactures combat aircraft and aircraft parts. It was founded in 1958 as the National 132nd Factory in Chengdu, Sichuan, to be an aircraft supplier for the Chinese military.

Chengdu Aircraft Corporation has been cited for its success in developing China's first fifth-generation aircraft and stealth fighter jet. Its development led China to become the second country in the world and the first country in Asia to possess fifth-generation and stealth technology.
