''My Little Pony: Pony Life'' was originally slated to premiere on

in the United States on June 13, 2020, but it was postponed to a later date in the summer of that year. However, on October 12, 2020, a promo revealed that the show would be premiering on Discovery Family on November 7, 2020. Clips of several episodes have also been uploaded to the MLP YouTube channel. On September 10, 2020, it was officially announced that it would be released on YouTube at an unspecified date, listed as coming "soon". On September 17, 2020, it was reported that a second season was in production. The second season premiered on April 10, 2021. The series premiered on 9Go! in Australia on September 21, 2020. In the United Kingdom, the series premiered on Tiny Pop on September 1, 2020. The second season premiered on the network on April 2, 2021. On May 22, 2021, production had quietly ceased with no official announcement of an official end or cancellation, marking the end of G4.
