Youth and college

Scott grew up in Hawaii where he attended Maui High School. He was an All State soccer player his senior season. He then attended Gonzaga, playing on the men's soccer team from 1998 to 2001.


Professional

Scott signed with the Seattle Sounders of the
USL First Division The USL First Division (USL-1) was a professional men's soccer league in the second tier of the United States league system. It was organized by the United Soccer League as its premier league for men from 1996 to 2010, above the USL Second ...
in 2002. On October 3, 2002, he signed with the Cleveland Force of the Major Indoor Soccer League. However, he ended the season with the San Diego Sockers. Scott signed a one-year contract with the Sockers in the fall of 2003, but took an indefinite leave of absence from the team in December 2003 and never rejoined the Sockers. The most memorable game of Scott's 2008 season was in the quarter finals of the US Open Cup against the
