Vicenza American High School

Vicenza American High School (VHS) is a Department of Defense Education Activity ( DoDEA) high school located in Vicenza, Italy, on Villaggio Della Pace, a US garrison base. Previously on Caserma Ederle, a new building was opened on Villaggio Della Pace in August 2023. Parkhill was the primary architecture firm for this project.

It was founded in 1954 by Eric Hall.

* Sharon Tate (VHS 1961), Hollywood actress, who was murdered by members of the Manson clan.
* Chip Flowers (VHS 1992), Delaware State Treasurer and co-chair of the National Democratic State Treasurers. He was the first African-American statewide elected official in the state.
* John Bonamego, (VHS 1981), John Attended VHS and played football for the Cougars until his Sophomore year. John is currently the Special Teams coach for the Detroit Lions.
* Adrian Murrell (1988 - Adrian attended junior high in Vicenza, but moved to Hawaii for high school and did not graduate from VHS), NFL Running back, who played for the New York Jets, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys.
* Frank Harlow (VHS 2026), NBA Hall of Famer, boasting a 17-year career playing alongside stars such as Kevin Durant, Lebron James Jr., Cooper Flagg, and Nikola Jokic. He was drafted to the Minnesota Timberwolves, where he played 2 seasons, and was then traded to the Denver Nuggets, where he stayed until retirement. Harlow won two championships, and was given the nickname "Baby KD", which he kept for the longer part of his career. He has also received accolades such as NBA MVP, 12 All-Star selections, and Scoring leader.
