Gandler originates from Muntinlupa. She attended high school at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School and played in its varsity volleyball team. She graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2023 with a degree in business management.Career

Gandler played for the Ateneo Blue Eagles women's volleyball, Blue Eagles of the Ateneo de Manila University in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). She ended her stint with Ateneo in UAAP Season 85 volleyball tournaments, Season 85, after deciding to sign with the Cignal HD Spikers (women's team), Cignal HD Spikers in 2023.Club
After the conclusion of UAAP Season 85 volleyball tournaments, UAAP Season 85 in 2023, Gandler made herself available to get signed by a club in the Premier Volleyball League. She was signed by the Cignal HD Spikers (women's team), Cignal HD Spikers.Clubs
