Movement of Young Marxist-Leninists. Hamédine Racine Guissé was the general secretary of the organization. UDP published ''Voix du Peuple''. On July 20, 1981 UDP was legalized. In 1983, UDP supported
Mamadou Dia's presidential campaign.
