Course

The river originates in lake Karachinsky and flows northwards along the
Turgay Depression The Turgay Depression, also known as Turgay Basin, Turgay Trough, and Turgay Hollow ( kk, Торғай қолатый; rus, Тургайская ложбина), is a structural basin in Kazakhstan.
. In the upper reaches it flows through lake Kushmurun. The river empties into the right bank of the Tobol from its mouth.
