History

The school opened in 1953 with solely a kindergarten and the first grade. By 1960 the school had expanded to sixth grade. It expanded to eighth grade in the early 1970s. The Child Development Center opened in 1983. Due to declining enrollment in the elementary school program, grades K–8 were discontinued after the 2018–19 school year. Trinity Lutheran School now has around 250 children enrolled.
