Luna Park Stadium and in a 1988 tour of the U.S. and Europe. Parodi was voted Best Composer of the Decade in 1995, receiving a Platinum
Konex Award to the effect, and in 1999 received the Gold Camín Lifetime Achievement Award at the Cosquín National Folk Festival.
She was named Illustrious Citizen of Buenos Aires in 2006.
