Teerthanker Mahaveer University also known as TMU is a private university in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, established in 2008. It offers courses at all levels, namely UG, PG and doctoral in a variety of disciplines including medicine, engineering, law, and arts.

History

TMU was established in 2008 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh Act No.30 and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2 (f) and 12 (B) of the UGC Act, 1956.
