* As of October 2010, 40% construction of Supernova Spira has been completed, almost 34 floors. * As of January 2016, construction of 38 floors had been completed. * As of June 2018, Supernova Spira's height had reached more than 200 meters, with 58 floors completed. * As of July 2020, construction of Supernova Spira had been completed up to the 74th floor. * Expected completion date is by May 2030.
