Arrest and imprisonment

On 24th April 2024, Henderson was arrested in North Lauderdale, Florida, on two felony charges of possession of ecstasy with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of codeine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver. Henderson responded to the arrest in an Instagram Live post on 29th April 2024, saying:- Jail records show she was being held in BSO's Paul Rein Detention Facility in Pompano Beach on a $7,500 bond. In April 2025, Henderson appeared in an Instagram video in an airport concourse in a wheelchair, carrying a child and being assisted by an airport worker.
