wingspan is for males and for females. Adults are on wing from early June to early September. There are probably two generations per year.
The larvae feed on ''
Rosa pimpinellifolia'', ''
Rosa rugosa'' and ''
Sanguisorba minor''. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
