Stepan Sergeyevich Ganzey (; born 30 May 1981) is a Russian former swimmer, who specialized in freestyle events. He is a multiple-time Russian champion and a two-time medalist at the European Junior Championships (1999). He is a member of Khanty-Mansiyskiy AO, and is coached and trained by Boris Vasilenko. Ganzey qualified for the men's 4×200 m freestyle relay, as a member of the Russian team, at the
