First Schedule

The first schedule to the act was repealed by section 1 of, and the first schedule to the Statute Law Revision Act 1953. Section 3 of the Statute Law Revision Act 1953 provides that the sections specified in the first column of the Fourth Schedule to that Act have effect, and are deemed always to have had effect, as if the references in this Schedule, to the words and subsection respectively referred of those sections which are specified in the second column of the Fourth Schedule to that Act had been omitted from this Act.


Second schedule

The second schedule to the act was repealed by section 1 of, and the first schedule to the Statute Law Revision Act 1953.


Third schedule
