In 2010, Khristenko made his Vienna Konzerthaus debut and released his Ernest Krenek Works CD on Oehms Classics. In 2013, Khristenko won the Maria Canals International Music Competition, Cleveland Piano Competition, and Fourth prize at the Queen Elisabeth Piano Competition.
