Biography

Keogh was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and attended Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School, where she graduated with honours as an Ontario Scholar. Winning scholarships, she attended first the University of Windsor followed by the University of Toronto, majoring in English literature. After graduation, Keogh began working as a radio producer for the CBC in Toronto. In 1970 she met her husband,
