. It was also stated that he was seeking full time employment as an offshore rig worker. Logan was arrested in Aberdeen on 17 June 2021 in connection with alleged money laundering offences. Almost 3 years later in April 2024, prosecutors dropped the case after having considered the available evidence. A spokesman for the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) noted that: "The Crown reserves the right to proceed in the future should further evidence become available". In June 2021, Logan was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We can confirm a 33-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a road traffic offence on the A944 in the Aberdeen area during the evening of 25 June 2021". In June 2022, Logan subsequently pleaded guilty to one charge of careless driving and losing control of his vehicle and a second charge of drink-driving. The court heard that Logan was stopped by police while driving dangerously, breathalysed and taken to Kittybrewster Police Station. Sheriff Graham Buchanan fined Logan a total of £1,200 and disqualified him from driving for 14 months.
